You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order number)


📩 How to Start a Return

  2. Include your order number and the reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions

  4. Once approved, we’ll send you:

    • A return shipping label

    • Clear steps on where and how to send your item

❗️Please do not send items back without contacting us first—we won’t be able to process those returns.


🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll evaluate the case and resolve it swiftly.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Personal care & beauty items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items

The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the product you want.


🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you’re ordering from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused, with original tags and packaging

  • Include proof of purchase


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
